Back In Time Remix Competition

We're giving away the entire set of mix files for the track ‘Back In Time’ for our official remix competition. All you have to do is click the download link below, import the tracks into your favorite piece of editing software like Pro Tools, Garageband, Reaper or similar and get started! Remember to be totally creative and make it your own – we are looking for the most unique and creative remix! Once your done – upload your mix via the Dropbox ‘Send Me Your Sounds’ button below. To be eligible for the prize you must upload your mix before the competition closes. The competition closes at midnight on September 3rd 2012.

If your remix is selected as the winner – you will receive a merchandise pack including a signed CD, poster and other assorted goodies. The winning remix will also be featured on www.jakenauta.com and associated social media pages. Finally, along with this will be the opportunity to have your remix featured as a bonus track on a future release.

Remix Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The competition will be run from July 25th 2012 until September 3rd 2012. The competition closes at midnight on September 3rd 2012.

2. All entries must be received by midnight on the stipulated closing date for each competition. Those not received by the deadline will be invalid to enter.

3. All winners will be selected after the closing date at the discretion of Jake Nauta & Management, whose decision is final. The winners will be notified by email within 30 days ; the prize will then be delivered within 28 days of notification.

4. All parts made available to download, and all parts downloaded remain the property of Jake Nauta & Management. All remixes completed, whether submitted in this competition or not, remain the property of Jake Nauta & Management. No exploitation, or distribution of remixes shall be permitted without the sole written consent of Jake Nauta & Management.

5. No purchase necessary and no proof of purchase required.

6. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are legally binding. Jake Nauta & Management reserve the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

7. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.

9. The winner's name may be published on www.jakenauta.com, www.soundcloud.com, and all social network sites directly linked to jakenauta.com and soundcloud.com. After the closing date of the competition, Jake Nauta & Management have the right to contact the winners for permission to involve them in any post prize-giving publicity and the winner agrees to such activities and shall make themselves reasonably available for such purposes.

10. Jake Nauta & Management reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this competition at anytime without prior notice.

11. Jake Nauta & Management reserve the right to determine whether or not the winning mix is included in any future release.
